RWSEW Members and Friends,
We hear over and over that this is one important thing we can do. All of our area municipalities are looking for names of people who are willing to commit to working at the polls.
Are you willing to work as a poll worker?
- Poll workers register voters
- Issue ballots on election day
- Monitor voting equipment
- Explain ballot process and voting equipment to voters on election day
- Assist with ballot counting
- Ensure election laws are followed
- Serve for two year terms
- Are paid by the municipality
You will receive training later this winter.
As names come in we will be passing them on the respective GOP’s to ensure they are turned in to the proper municipality. Thank you for your commitment to fair and legal elections!
